Painting (Day 120)

Not much action last 7 days from the outside eaves painted, some brickwork in the garage and windows being stained.
Had expected downpipes would have been done by now for example.
Although we had our rental sold we we have bene focused on getting another short term rental which we got with less than 2 weeks to spare b4 we were living in a caravan or worse....
Eaves painted in "white"

Evidence of some more brickwork, fresh cement......

Some additional brickwork in the garage

Eaves (Day 113)

Carpenters onsite and eaves have been done today, hoping guttering now next few days.
Noticed a number of marks on our guttering from the roof scalfolding having being removed.
From an external perspective I'm assuming once guttering is completed all scalfolding can be removed and garage frame can be put in place then roofed.
Another block now underway so (small) street getting busy with 5 blocks underway, 5 completed & occupied and other 6 blocks with permits in the system awaiting approval or site start.
Lucky we have got good neighbours already and very viligant what happens in the street.

Inspection (Day 99)

Had our independent Pre Plaster inspection and by the look of it PD has also done there framing inspection. As a number of sections contain bright paint & comments.
It would appear some of the issues have been caused when the actual roof scalfolding was installed knocking out some of the roof bracing (trimmers) and chipping a few brick tops.
Another issue which I gather is quite common is the excess bricky mortar running down the inside walls as this will affect the affective draining of moisure if not rectified..
We have also now had most of the heating and cooling system ducting installed.
Hopefully by the end of the month we have all issues resolved from the above 2 reports, bricking completed and cleaned. Eaves and spouting done and plaster installed.
Still think we are about 4 months of a finish date.....
