Framing Underway (Day 50)

Another good day of progress with the frame now taking shape.

Had to chase PD to send us the slab bill, I'm guessing I would be in the minority as normally as it is poured the bills arrives I understand but ours was done about a week ago now.

Framing has commenced (Day 49)

The guys have been working in the heat laying out the frame, so hopefully will see something vertical shortly.
In our court there is three houses occupied already and all three took notes and/or pictures of someone on our site inside the fence on the weekend. In the end think it was Procon(?) picking up some excess waffles but good to know your new neighbours are looking out for you.
Will load some photos tomorrow.
Also meeting my SS on Thursday so all very exciting.

Pre Frame (Day 45)

Went on site slab looking cured and site cleaned up for next stage being framing. Nice track marks across the slab and first lot of framing materials on site.
Also see if you pick up the pipe that was runover.

Slab Laid (Day 43)

PD laid our slab today starting well B4 07:00 and the heavens opened up later in the day. Reading my mind my temporary SS rang and gave me a update and walked thru what had happened today and the schedule for the next week. Any of my questions or concerns he was generous with his time and answered them.
Framing to start next week.

Slab Prep (Day 42)

Photos are a combination of this morning when the PD guys were onsite nice and early and what they had got done over the day, solid effort by the crew.

Back to Work for PD (Day 41)

Noticed that there had been some deliveries onsite and some new trenches dug as my revised slab pour is scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday 10/01) as advised by my SS last week instead of today (09/01)  but some how I doubt all the pre work will get done and it will get rescheduled for a 4th time.
So now expecting/guessing it around Thursday (12/01) this week.(See POST 08/12/2011)
